Cheap Food Has Never Tasted Better!

Everyone knows how expensive it can be to make a fancy dinner for guests, and after dinner a sweet dessert is expected ofcourse, but no body needs to know that you made an inexpensive dessert! Here is a yummy dessert recipe that costs less than $1 per serving! And how yummy do these look seriously!

Lemon-Cream Cheese Cupcakes
Prep Time: 10 min

Total Time: 1 hr 34 min

Makes: 24 servings, 1 cupcake each

1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix

1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding

1 cup water

4 egg whites

2 Tbsp. oil

1 pkg. (16 oz.) powdered sugar

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

HEAT oven to 350ºF. Beat cake mix, pudding mix, water, egg whites and oil in large bowl with mixer on low speed until moistened. (Batter will be thick.) Beat on medium speed 2 min. Spoon batter evenly into 24 paper-lined 2-1/2-inch muffin cups.

BAKE 21 to 24 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min.; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.

MEANWHILE, beat sugar, cream cheese, butter and juice with mixer on low speed until well blended. Frost cupcakes.

I adore IKEA, and although they are pretty affordable...I just can't afford it. I enjoy decorating, but honestly a burnt orange raw silk throw pillow (drool) isn't something i need. Extra Coat Please!

So your preparing your outfit for a night out with the girly's when you go to grab that fab nail polish that matches your cute dress perfectly and you realize it's at it's end, how annoying! Have no fear, you can still get a few uses out of that bottle, I learned this at school when i was getting my nail technician diploma. Its simple, just carefully pour some nail polish remover into the nail polish bottle, give it a good shake (place bottle up side down inbetween both hands and roll bottle, this is the correct way to do it ) and voila! you've got your self many more coat's, its best to do this over a sink. Enjoy!
